Meet Maki and Marcus,
Maki Aminaka and Marcus Wilmont: These designers are quite crazy. They make shoes and design clothes that are very far fetched. They started working together in 2006 and made their own label. Their label is called Aminaka Wilmont. According to Vanity Fair magazine writer, Elizabeth Saltzman, "With their mix of femininity and strength, combined with quality, this dynamic team will go very far." I personally think that their designs are absolutely ridiculous, and the only people who wear their designs should be entered into a Psych ward. 
I mean, take a look at these shoes. They have no covering over the bottom of the foot. This shoe does not make any sense at all, and seems like something space people would wear. They are hideous!! These shoes sell for around $450. I could never see anyone buying these shoes for that price. I could not be paid to wear them. Here is another of their "fabulous" designs... 
To the right, we have the Aminaka Wilmont Zip side Drape Skirt in Grey. This skirt isn't too bad in price, but I would not be seen dead in this piece of clothing. The original price was $467 but it is on sale for $164. These ideas of clothes that this label sells are not all too bad though. I have found a few things that I might wear from this designing label. I personally think this would look better as a shirt, but overall it is not a bad look. It would be an ideal spring or summertime look. I would wear this, but not for the price. For some reason, these high fashion designers think they should put a very high price on all of their clothing. I mean, $500 for a shirt?? Ya right! I could never spend that much on simply a piece of fabric. It seems absolutely crazy to me. A lot of people do enjoy the designs of this powerful duo. If you have the money for it, then i recommend you buy some high priced outfit, but for the most of us who do not have an extra $500, just go to Walmart, they have nice clothes too.
